The Reset

What is the reason for existence? What is it again that brings me joy? What turns my body and my senses on? What am I to do, in this time of my life?

These questions we will be exploring during a unique Holiday-Workshop-Retreat with Iva Samina and Fenja Ellen Sepers overlooking the big blue Atlantic in Morocco.

Although these questions may seem unrelated, they are deeply entangled. Rooted in our deep desire to feel alive. For the purpose of life is to live—fully and consciously—and move through the ever-changing river with passion and joy. To find our passion and joy is to find that an inner compass guiding us toward our true nature. And our true nature is to follow our senses and listen to the whispers of the body.

As the 13th century Mystic Rumi once so beautifully said “Whatever lifts the corers of your mouth trust that.”

And yet, in daily life, we so often lose sight of our inner compass. We forget what it is that brings us joy. Daily existence with all its routines, expectations, and familiar sights can drown out the quiet but clear voice of what we love, why we are here, and what makes us feel alive. It is hard to listen in the midst of the familiar.

This hybrid Holiday-Workshop-Retreat offers you a space to pause—a reset—and to discover or rediscover your inner sense of passion, purpose, and joy. It is an invitation to reignite your inner flame—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and to open to a (new) sense of direction in your life.

Through a nourishing blend of embodiment practices, reflection, meditation, inspiration, nature, the holiday feeling, and genuine connection—with yourself, with other inspiring women, and with life itself—you can gift yourself this inner deepening.

Perhaps you are:

  • Seeking a moment to reconnect with yourself and reflect on what truly matters in your life

  • You like to start the work year inspired, focused and refreshed

  • You want to land more deeply and fully in your body

  • You’re ready to rekindle your passion—or remember and refine your sense of purpose on this beautiful planet.

  • You carry a burning question about life, work, your business, or a project, and you want to give it space and attention.

  • You’re craving an inspiring holiday in the vibrant surroundings of Northern Africa, infused with retreat-style practices and a sense of connection and community.

If any of this resonates with you, this retreat might be exactly what you need.

We will investigate joy, passion, purpose and aliveness from bottom up and top down—from the deep embodied felt sense of the body and from the interconnected space of consciousness.

But more than that, we will weave a sense of community and the feeling of retreat—but will also focus on your personal longings and unique processes. We recognize that transformation, connection, and insight do arise in the balance between community and individuality, between activity and stillness, culture and nature.

What to expect?

  • Morning and evening communal embodiment practices, reflections, & meditations all with the intention to ignite passion, joy & aliveness
