A weekly online space to come back into yourself, and into a deeper sense of trust in life.

In a world that often pulls you into overthinking, control, or disconnection, this is a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember how to let go of control and stay present with what is here — so you can move with life, instead of against it.

LANDING SESSIONS

This summer, I’m offering a series of free weekly sessions — what I call landing sessions. Landing is the movement of coming out of the head and back into yourself. Into a deeper sense of safety, into your body, into the arms of life. A place where things can soften and settle, and you can reconnect. Each session is guided around one real question or theme brought in by a participant. It might be a personal dilemma, a life question, or something that feels unclear or stuck. And yet, these sessions are not just for the person asking. They are a shared space where you can recognize yourself in what is being explored, and land back into your own experience.

  • For Who This Is

    These sessions are for people who like to deepen their practice. You may have done the inner work, but you like to have a regular anchor or bring your intuitive understanding into the reality of daily life: in work, in relationships, and in how they express what they are here to do.

    You might recognize yourself in some of the following:

    - Often overthinking and getting caught in your head
    - Feeling tired of the structures and pressures of modern life
    - having a sense of disconnection, from yourself or from life
    - Knowing what matters, but not acting on it when it counts
    - Relying on control, even when it no longer serves you
    - Starting things, but not fully expressing or completing them

    These Landing Sessions are a practice in coming back to yourself, in order to stay present, regulated, and connected in the dynamics of everyday life.

  • What We Will Do

    Each session is a 75-minute landing strip, a place to return to yourself and back into relationship with life. We begin with one real question or lived situation and approach it on two levels:

    - Through reflection — opening up a wider, systemic perspective that goes beyond the surface of the issue
    - Through guided meditation — moving into direct experience, where the body and deeper layers of awareness can respond

    Rather than trying to understand or solve a challenge or problem, we meet it at its root where something essential may shift — not the the situation itself, but your way of relating to it.

  • A Different Kind of Guidance

    I don’t work within traditional personal development frameworks. This is not coaching, strategy, or mindfulness as a technique. This work lives in what I call: Relational Living with Life

    A way of being where:
    - We are finding safety in life rather than safety from life
    - Trust gradually replaces control
    - Clarity emerges through an embodied felt-sense, not overthinking
    - Life becomes no longer something to manage, but something to be in relationship with

    My role is to guide you back to that place where you can feel safe enough to stay with any circumstance or situation.
